En TECHO-Chile y Fundación Vivienda trabajamos junto a las comunidades para enfrentar la emergencia habitacional y avanzar hacia una sociedad más justa.

Para hacerlo posible, también necesitamos una gestión jurídica sólida, capaz de acompañar proyectos, resguardar el cumplimiento normativo y dar respuesta a las distintas necesidades legales de la organización.

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Coordinador/a Legal, para ser parte de la Dirección Jurídica de TECHO-Chile y Fundación Vivienda.

🎯 El desafío que asumirás

Gestionar los asuntos y proyectos legales de TECHO-Chile y Fundación Vivienda, brindando soporte jurídico en materias inmobiliarias, laborales y corporativas, asegurando una adecuada tramitación, cumplimiento normativo y continuidad de los procesos.

💪 Lo que harás en este rol

  1. Gestionar los requerimientos legales de TECHO-Chile y Fundación Vivienda, brindando soporte jurídico en materias corporativas, laborales, contractuales e inmobiliarias, de acuerdo con las prioridades y lineamientos definidos por la Dirección Jurídica.
  2. Acompañar jurídicamente los proyectos habitacionales de la Dirección Inmobiliaria Social, integrándose a los equipos de proyecto junto a los componentes social y técnico, y gestionando los requerimientos legales necesarios durante sus distintas etapas.
  3. Realizar estudios de títulos y análisis jurídicos de terrenos e inmuebles, identificando antecedentes, restricciones, riesgos y condiciones que puedan afectar la factibilidad o continuidad de los proyectos habitacionales.
  4. Elaborar, revisar y gestionar contratos, convenios, poderes, mandatos y otros instrumentos jurídicos, así como apoyar la preparación y tramitación de documentación corporativa requerida para el adecuado funcionamiento de las organizaciones.
  5. Gestionar requerimientos asociados al funcionamiento legal de las fundaciones, incluyendo materias vinculadas a donaciones, convenios, documentación corporativa, actas, estatutos y otras obligaciones institucionales, dentro de los criterios definidos por la Dirección Jurídica.
  6. Atender y gestionar requerimientos en materias laborales, apoyando la revisión de contratos, modificaciones, términos de relación laboral y otras situaciones que requieran análisis jurídico.
  7. Gestionar tramitaciones ante organismos públicos y privados, incluyendo aquellas asociadas a proyectos habitacionales y al funcionamiento institucional, realizando seguimiento hasta su resolución o cierre.

Requisitos

Formación

  • Título profesional de Abogado/a.
  • Deseable formación complementaria o diplomado en Derecho Inmobiliario, Estudios de Títulos, Derecho Corporativo u otra especialización relacionada.

Experiencia

  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia profesional.
  • Deseable experiencia en empresas, estudios jurídicos u organizaciones en materias de derecho inmobiliario, corporativo, laboral o tramitación de proyectos.
  • Deseable experiencia realizando estudios de títulos y/o tramitaciones ante organismos públicos y privados.

Conocimientos

  • Derecho inmobiliario y estudios de títulos.
  • Normativa y procesos asociados a programas habitacionales, especialmente DS49 y DS19.
  • Derecho corporativo.
  • Derecho laboral.
  • Contratos, convenios, poderes y mandatos.
  • Aspectos legales relacionados con fundaciones y donaciones.
  • Tramitación ante organismos públicos y privados vinculados a proyectos inmobiliarios y habitacionales.

Herramientas

  • Microsoft Office y/o Google Workspace.
  • Herramientas de búsqueda y seguimiento de normativa y antecedentes legales.
  • Manejo y organización de documentación contractual y jurídica.
