Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Jefe/a de Transformación y Procesos, para ser parte de la Dirección de Estrategia, Finanzas y Transformación de TECHO-Chile y Fundación Vivienda.

🎯 El desafío que asumirás

Liderar la transformación y mejora de procesos de TECHO-Chile y Fundación Vivienda, identificando oportunidades de mejora, impulsando proyectos transversales e implementando soluciones que fortalezcan la eficiencia y capacidad organizacional.

Tendrás un rol clave conectando procesos, personas, datos y tecnología, acompañando además la gestión del cambio para que las mejoras implementadas logren incorporarse de manera sostenible en la organización.

💪 Lo que harás en este rol

  • Levantar y analizar procesos críticos de TECHO-Chile y Fundación Vivienda, identificando brechas, oportunidades de mejora y necesidades de transformación.
  • Diseñar y priorizar iniciativas de optimización, proponiendo una hoja de ruta de proyectos alineada con las prioridades estratégicas de la organización.
  • Gestionar el portafolio de proyectos de transformación, coordinando responsables, plazos, avances y resultados.
  • Liderar procesos de gestión del cambio, facilitando la adopción de nuevas soluciones, herramientas y formas de trabajo.
  • Definir indicadores y mecanismos de seguimiento que permitan medir el impacto y la eficiencia de las iniciativas implementadas.
  • Liderar y acompañar al equipo a cargo, orientando su trabajo hacia las prioridades de transformación de la organización.
  • Coordinar proveedores y soluciones tecnológicas, incluyendo el soporte TI externo.
  • Impulsar iniciativas de digitalización, automatización y modernización que contribuyan a mejorar la operación de TECHO-Chile y Fundación Vivienda.

Requisitos

Formación

  • Título universitario en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Informática o carreras afines.

Experiencia

  • Al menos 3 años de experiencia en consultoría, mejora de procesos, gestión de proyectos, transformación digital o áreas relacionadas.
  • Experiencia participando o liderando proyectos que involucren distintas áreas de una organización.
  • Deseable experiencia desarrollando proyectos en contextos con recursos acotados y múltiples prioridades.

Conocimientos y herramientas

  • Mapeo, levantamiento y rediseño de procesos.
  • Gestión, planificación y seguimiento de proyectos.
  • Implementación de herramientas y soluciones digitales.
  • Análisis e interpretación de datos.
  • Manejo de herramientas no-code e inteligencia artificial aplicadas a la mejora de procesos.
  • Excel avanzado.
  • Manejo de herramientas de análisis y reportería.
  • Deseable experiencia con ERP, sistemas de gestión y plataformas tecnológicas institucionales.
