Buscamos profissional para coordenar o planejamento, a gestão e o controle do sistema de gestão ambiental das unidades fabris, além de apoiar estações experimentais e armazéns. A posição tem atuação estratégica e operacional, com foco no atendimento aos requisitos legais, na proteção ambiental e na prevenção de impactos.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Coordenar o sistema de gestão ambiental, garantindo o cumprimento da legislação aplicável e dos requisitos da ISO 14001.
  • Garantir os levantamentos técnicos de aspectos e impactos ambientais e acompanhar as ações para seu controle.
  • Gerenciar incidentes e não conformidades ambientais, acompanhando ações corretivas e preventivas.
  • Acompanhar condicionantes ambientais, temas regulatórios, fiscalizações, investigações internas e autos de infração.
  • Disseminar requisitos legais por meio de auditorias, verificações periódicas, treinamentos e fóruns internos.
  • Elaborar, revisar e validar procedimentos e relatórios de Meio Ambiente.
  • Consolidar indicadores e reportar mensalmente o desempenho ambiental às estruturas corporativa e global, contribuindo para o relatório de sustentabilidade.
  • Gerenciar estoques e reportes de produtos controlados pela Polícia Civil, Polícia Federal e Exército.
  • Controlar o orçamento da área, acompanhando mensalmente os gastos e realizando os ajustes necessários.
  • Liderar e desenvolver a equipe, estruturando planos de desenvolvimento e treinamento.
  • Realizar visitas periódicas às estações de pesquisa e demais unidades no Brasil.
  • Manter interface com Compras, Manutenção, Engenharia, Jurídico, órgãos ambientais e prestadores de serviços.
  • Graduação em Engenharia, Biologia ou áreas correlatas ao negócio.
  • Experiência mínima de três anos na área de Meio Ambiente.
  • Conhecimento da ISO 14001 e da legislação ambiental, incluindo licenciamento, produtos, requisitos legais e condicionantes.
  • Qualificação como auditor interno ou auditor líder.
  • Inglês Avançado
  • Habilidades em gerenciamento de projetos, custos e planejamento.
  • Comunicação assertiva, capacidade de negociação e bom relacionamento interpessoal.
  • Perfil de liderança, iniciativa, colaboração, resiliência e orientação para resultados.
