Till Polismyndigheten söker vi en Lösningsarkitekt som kommer ansvara för att planera och utforma tekniska lösningar utifrån verksamhetens behov, befintliga IT-tjänster och tekniska förutsättningar. Rollen innebär att omsätta verksamhetens behov till hållbara och genomförbara tekniska lösningar samt att säkerställa att befintlig funktionalitet och infrastruktur återanvänds där det är lämpligt.

Lösningsarkitekten analyserar befintliga system, identifierar tekniska beroenden och konsekvenser samt tar fram och utvärderar alternativa lösningsförslag. I arbetet ingår även att säkerställa att lösningarna följer Polismyndighetens övergripande arkitekturprinciper, tekniska riktlinjer och relevanta standarder.

I detta uppdrag arbetar Lösningsarkitekten primärt med tekniska lösningar kopplade till Polismyndighetens befintliga Airbus TETRA-radiosystem samt med den fortsatta utvecklingen och systemdesignen av nästa generations radiosystem. Rollen omfattar både vidareutveckling av befintliga lösningar och arbete med långsiktiga tekniska vägval och lösningsarkitektur.

Arbetet bedrivs i en komplex och verksamhetskritisk miljö och innebär nära samverkan med flera grupperingar inom Polismyndighetens IT-verksamhet samt med externa myndigheter och andra samverkansparter, exempelvis Myndigheten för civilt försvar (MCF).

Lösningsarkitekten ska kunna leda och samordna tekniska diskussioner, hantera beroenden mellan olika system och teknikområden samt driva tekniska vägval och lösningar framåt.

Rollen är placerad inom den verksamhet som ansvarar för IT-stöd till Polismyndighetens ledningscentraler, inklusive ärendehanteringssystem samt mjukvara för radio- och telefonikommunikation och larmhantering.

Kvalificeringskrav (Skallkrav):

  • Konsulten ska ha minst 9 års dokumenterad erfarenhet av arbete som lösningsarkitekt. Erfarenheten ska ha införskaffats under de senaste 12 åren.
  • Konsulten ska ha minst 6 års dokumenterad erfarenhet av arbete inom IT-avdelningar i organisationer med fler än 20 000 anställda. Minst 50 procent av denna erfarenhet ska ha förvärvats inom större offentlig myndighet.
  • Konsulten ska ha minst 5 års sammanlagd dokumenterad erfarenhet i rollen som systemdesigner och/eller IT-arkitekt inom större offentliga myndigheter. Erfarenheten ska ha förvärvats under de senaste 12 åren.
  • Konsulten ska ha god förmåga att uttrycka sig i tal och skrift på svenska och engelska

Meriterande kompetens (Börkrav):

  • Konsulten bör ha erfarenhet av att ha arbetat inom säkerhetsklassad verksamhet
  • Konsulten bör ha erfarenhet av arbete inom rättsväsendet
