Till Polismyndigheten söker vi en Systemutvecklare som kommer ansvara för utveckling, förvaltning och vidareutveckling av myndighetens befintliga Data Warehouse- och BI-lösningar samt för att bidra i framtagningen av en ny on-premise dataplattform.

Förvaltning av befintliga DataWarehouse- och BI-lösningar

·jämförelser av rapporter och mätetal mellan SAP Business Objects och andra BI-verktyg

·felsökning och anpassning av ETL-ELT-pipelines i befintliga DataWarehouse-lösningar mha SSIS, SAP Data Services samt av myndigheten egenutvecklade ETL-ELT-ramverk

· felsökning och rättning av realtids dataströmmar och -transformationer

·avancerad felsökning och rättning av datamängder i DataWarehouse

·vidareutveckling av processer för förvaltning

Vidareutveckling av befintlig DataWarehouse-lösning

·datamodellering och design av lösningar inom DW-området

·utveckling av ETL-ELT-pipelines i befintliga DataWarehouse-lösningar mha SSIS och egenutvecklade ETL-ELT-ramverk

·utveckling av strömmande data pipelines och transformationer mha bl.a. Kafka

·orkestrering av data pipelines inom DataWarehouse

·vidareutveckling av ramverk och processer för utveckling av data pipelines av batch och strömmande data

Framtagning av ny on-premise Dataplattform

·arkitekturarbete i framtagningen av en ny Dataplattform

·jämförelse och utvärdering av tekniska lösningar och komponenter till Dataplattformen

·framtagning av semantiska lager och datakataloger för Dataplattformen

·utveckling av data pipelines med batch- och strömmande data

Kvalificeringskrav (Skallkrav):

·Minst 5 års dokumenterad erfarenhet av systemadministratör i SAP BusinessObjects

·Minst 5 års dokumenterad erfarenhet av utveckling av ETL/ELT-Flöden med SAP Data Services och SSIS

·Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att ha utvecklat egna ETL/ELT-ramverk hos minst två kunder

·Minst 10 års dokumenterad erfarenhet av avancerad SQL

·Minst 1 års dokumenterad erfarenhet av realtids integrationer med Kafka i on-premises-miljö

·Minst 2 års dokumenterad erfarenhet av Git

·Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att designa datalager / Data Warehouse / dataplattform från flera olika branscher, både statligt och privat

·Minst 5 års erfarenhet av ETL/ELT-utveckling på IT-avdelningar i större organisationer med över 1000 antal anställda. Minst ett av uppdragen ska ha utförts i en större offentlig myndighet.

·Erfarenhet att leda workshops med verksamheten och olika grupper inom IT.

·Dokumenterad erfarenhet av ETL/ELT-utveckling med relationsdatabaser som Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL och PostgreSQL

·Erfarenhet av ETL/ELT-utveckling med Python

·Dokumenterad erfarenhet av prestandaoptimering av databaser både för läsning (OLAP) och skrivning (OLTP)

·God förmåga att uttrycka sig på svenska i tal och skrift.

Meriterande kompetens (Börkrav):

·Erfarenhet av arbete med Data Warehouse-lösningar i Polismyndighetens IT-miljö.
