Posizione

Siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire nel team Prodotto di Moon Boot con il ruolo di Junior Product Developer, che contribuirà allo sviluppo della collezione nelle sue diverse fasi, collaborando con le funzioni aziendali coinvolte e con i fornitori.

Nello specifico, le principali attività e responsabilità saranno le seguenti:

Sviluppo prodotto

· Contribuire allo sviluppo delle collezioni stagionali lungo le diverse fasi del processo, dal concept iniziale alla realizzazione del campionario, fino alla messa in produzione.

· Collaborare alla predisposizione e all’aggiornamento della documentazione tecnica e delle schede prodotto.

· Monitorare l’avanzamento delle attività di sviluppo e delle tempistiche di realizzazione dei campioni.

· Supportare la revisione di prototipi e campioni, raccogliendo feedback e seguendo le modifiche richieste fino alla finalizzazione del prodotto.

Coordinamento e collaborazione

· Collaborare con i fornitori coinvolti nelle diverse fasi di sviluppo.

· Supportare la condivisione e l’aggiornamento delle informazioni di prodotto, assicurandone l’accuratezza e la disponibilità per i team coinvolti.

· Partecipare alle attività di revisione del campionario, contribuendo al monitoraggio delle criticità e delle azioni correttive necessarie.

Qualità e gestione delle informazioni

· Supportare le verifiche relative a materiali, colori, finiture e caratteristiche costruttive del prodotto, in linea con le specifiche approvate.

· Contribuire all’individuazione di eventuali problematiche tecniche o qualitative, collaborando con le funzioni competenti per la loro risoluzione.

Mantenere aggiornata la documentazione di sviluppo e i file di monitoraggio delle collezioni.

Requisiti

· Laurea in Design del Prodotto, Fashion Design, Design della Calzatura o discipline affini.

· Esperienza pregressa di massimo 2 anni in attività di sviluppo prodotto, preferibilmente nei settori calzature, accessori o fashion.

· Interesse per il prodotto, i materiali, le tecniche di lavorazione e i processi produttivi.

· Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel e PowerPoint.

· Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

· Precisione, attenzione al dettaglio e capacità organizzative.

·Attitudine al lavoro in team, approccio proattivo e disponibilità ad apprendere.

Inquadramento e retribuzione saranno definiti in base all’esperienza del/la candidato/a, con una RAL indicativa di €26.000– €30.000
