Posizione

Siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire in stage nell’area Warranty & Promotion di Tecnica Group, che supporterà la gestione degli ordini promozionali e in garanzia, le attività di back office legate ad eventi marketing e fiere e la gestione delle richieste di assistenza post-vendita.

Nello specifico, la risorsa si occuperà di:

  • Supportare l’inserimento a sistema e il monitoraggio degli ordini promozionali e in garanzia.
  • Supportare l’inserimento degli ordini relativi a eventi marketing e fiere e collaborare alle attività di back office per la fiera Prowinter di gennaio 2027.
  • Utilizzare SAP e Salesforce per l’inserimento e l’aggiornamento degli ordini e delle informazioni di competenza.
  • Supportare la gestione delle richieste di assistenza post-vendita dei clienti, relative a pezzi di ricambio, riparazioni, sostituzioni e note di accredito.

Requisiti

  • Diploma o laurea, preferibilmente in ambito economico, amministrativo o gestionale.
  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel.
  • Precisione, attenzione al dettaglio e buone capacità organizzative.
  • Attitudine al lavoro in team, proattività e predisposizione all’apprendimento.
  • La conoscenza di SAP e Salesforce costituisce un plus.
