Você será responsável por identificar e conquistar novas oportunidades de negócios, apresentando soluções de TI inovadoras e personalizadas que atendam às necessidades específicas de cada cliente.

Responsabilidades:

  • Prospecção ativa: Mapear e identificar potenciais clientes por meio de pesquisas e ferramentas de CRM.
  • Consultoria personalizada: Entender as demandas do cliente e oferecer soluções de TI que agreguem valor real ao negócio.
  • Negociação: Elaborar propostas comerciais e conduzir negociações até o fechamento.
  • Relacionamento: Construir vínculos de confiança e oferecer suporte técnico/comercial no pós-venda.
  • Acompanhamento do ciclo de vendas: Desde a abordagem inicial até a entrega e pós-venda.
  • Atualização constante: Manter-se informado sobre as tendências e tecnologias do setor de TI.
  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Tecnologia, Gestão de Negócios, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência mínima de 3 anos em vendas consultivas de serviços de TI, com carteira ativa. Conhecimento em ferramentas de CRM.
  • Vivência em vendas de soluções como: infraestrutura de TI, Cloud, Service Desk, Outsourcing, sistemas de gestão, e-commerce, desenvolvimento de software, Data & Analytics, Agente virtual e Inteligência Artificial.
