🎯 Sobre a posição Estamos em busca de um(a) Técnico de Field Service Volante para atuar no suporte técnico de TI em diferentes unidades. Esse(a) profissional será responsável por se deslocar até as localidades para realizar atendimentos presenciais, garantindo a manutenção, configuração e pleno funcionamento dos equipamentos de tecnologia utilizados nas operações.

🔑 Principais responsabilidades

  • Atender chamados técnicos presenciais em diferentes unidades da região.
  • Realizar manutenção preventiva e corretiva em estações de trabalho, impressoras, periféricos, PDVs e terminais de autoatendimento (Self-Checkout).
  • Efetuar diagnósticos e manutenção de hardware, software e rede.
  • Apoiar usuários em incidentes e dúvidas técnicas.
  • Registrar atendimentos no sistema de chamados.
  • Garantir que os deslocamentos e atendimentos ocorram dentro dos prazos acordados (SLA).
  • Experiência em suporte técnico de TI (hardware, software e redes).
  • Conhecimento em manutenção de PDVs, balanças e equipamentos de autoatendimento.
  • Possuir veiculo próprio, CNH em dia.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência em ambiente de varejo/supermercados.
  • Conhecimento em sistemas operacionais (Windows/Linux).
  • Familiaridade com sistemas de chamados."
