Buscamos un Gerente de TI altamente calificado y con experiencia para supervisar las operaciones de SAP y la infraestructura tecnológica en Chile. El candidato ideal deberá contar con mas de 8 años de experiencia en SAP ECC6, y experiencia en SAP S/4HANA, además de un sólido conocimiento en infraestructura de TI. Este rol es fundamental para garantizar el funcionamiento fluido de los módulos SAP (MM, PP, SD, QM, PM, FICO) y del entorno tecnológico en general.

Responsabilidades principales:

1. Gestión de SAP:

  • Supervisar la implementación, mantenimiento y optimización de los módulos SAP: MM, PP, SD, QM, PM y FICO.
  • Asegurar la integración efectiva de SAP con otras aplicaciones del negocio.
  • Liderar proyectos SAP, incluyendo upgrades, migraciones e implementaciones nuevas.
  • Colaborar con las distintas áreas del negocio para comprender requerimientos y entregar soluciones SAP acordes.
  • Administrar el rendimiento de SAP, resolver incidentes y garantizar la disponibilidad y confiabilidad del sistema.

2. Gestión de Infraestructura TI:

  • Supervisar servidores, redes, almacenamiento y centros de datos.
  • Asegurar la seguridad, estabilidad y escalabilidad del entorno TI.
  • Implementar y gestionar planes de respaldo y recuperación ante desastres.
  • Monitorear el rendimiento de los sistemas y proponer mejoras.
  • Administrar relaciones con proveedores y negociar contratos de servicios y equipos.

3. Liderazgo de Equipo:

  • Dirigir y orientar a un equipo de profesionales TI, fomentando su desarrollo.
  • Promover un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo e innovador.
  • Realizar evaluaciones de desempeño y entregar retroalimentación constructiva.

4. Gestión de Proyectos:

  • Planificar, ejecutar y supervisar proyectos de TI cumpliendo plazos, alcance y presupuesto.
  • Coordinar con equipos multifuncionales para asegurar una entrega exitosa.
  • Gestionar riesgos y estrategias de mitigación.

5. Cumplimiento y Gobernanza:

  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de regulaciones y estándares de la industria.
  • Desarrollar y hacer cumplir políticas y buenas prácticas TI.
  • Realizar auditorías periódicas para asegurar la integridad y seguridad de los sistemas.

6. Relación con Stakeholders:

  • Ser enlace entre TI y las demás áreas del negocio.
  • Comunicar estrategias, proyectos e iniciativas tecnológicas.
  • Recoger retroalimentación para mejorar continuamente los servicios TI.

Requisitos

Educación:

Título en Ingeniero Informático, Civil o carera a fin.

Deseable magíster o certificaciones relevantes (SAP, ITIL, etc.).

Experiencia:

  • al menos 8 años en SAP ECC6.
  • Experiencia en SAP S/4HANA.
  • Amplia experiencia gestionando infraestructura TI.

Habilidades técnicas:

  • Dominio de los módulos SAP MM, PP, SD, QM, PM y FICO.
  • Conocimiento sólido en servidores, redes, almacenamiento y centros de datos.
  • Experiencia en integración de sistemas, optimización de rendimiento y resolución de incidentes.
  • Familiaridad con cloud computing, virtualización y ciberseguridad.

Habilidades de liderazgo y comunicación:

  • Experiencia liderando equipos TI.
  • Comunicación efectiva en inglés y español.
  • Capacidad analítica, resolutiva y colaborativa.
  • Disponibilidad para moverse entre Santiago y la V región
