Je taken als Operations support engineer

Als Operations support engineer analyseer je de complexe technische vragen van onze zakelijke klanten en reik je oplossingen aan. Je behandelt interventies van a tot z en handelt ook preventief.

Onze Operations support engineers vormen een hecht team. Dat kan ook niet anders: als het hart van de Operations- afdeling werken we hard. Dankzij onze problemsolving en monitoring blijven onze klanten operationeel. En da’s belangrijk, als je bedenkt dat o.a. het UZ Gent op onze diensten rekent.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Inschatten wat de impact van het probleem van de klant is, er de juiste prioriteit aan toekennen en het oplossen volgens het First Time Right-principe.
  • Inzicht krijgen in de trends van terugkerende problemen en in de KPI’s, of patronen herkennen in de input van interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Adviezen voor optimalisatie en/of uitbreiding van de infrastructuur bij de klant formuleren en voorstellen tot innovatie doen.
  • Instaan voor het operationele beheer van het netwerk en de infrastructuur, en correct, efficiënt en klantgericht communiceren met alle interne en externe partijen.
  • Mee streven naar een maximale klanttevredenheid door een smetteloze dienstverlening.

… is een echte teamplayer die het belang van onze klanten vooropstelt en energie krijgt van problemen oplossen. Je hebt goeie communicatieskills en een gezonde portie assertiviteit.

  • Je behaalde een bachelordiploma of kan relevante ervaring voorleggen, of je volgde de CCNA1-opleiding bij de VDAB.
  • Je hebt minstens drie jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Je hebt een achtergrond in netwerktechnieken, netwerkbeheer, systeembeheer of ICT.
  • Kennis van de telecomsector en de Telenetproducten is natuurlijk een grote plus.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands (spreken én schrijven). Daarnaast is je Frans misschien niet perfect, maar je hebt geen schrik om ook en français je plan te trekken.
  • Je bent een klantgerichte problemsolver: de hulpvraag van de klant is bij jou altijd prioriteit nummer één.
  • Onze dienst is 24/7 bereikbaar. Daarom werk je in een ploegensysteem, waarbij we een stevige portie flexibiliteit van je vragen. Daartegenover staat een aangename verhouding werken op kantoor vs. thuiswerk … en toppers van teamleden die altijd voor elkaar klaarstaan.
