  • Профессиональные навыки: Наличие опыта работы не менее 3 лет практического опыта в области финансов и экономики;
  • Наличие уровня ACCA F9 «Финансовый менеджмент», либо опыт работы в международной аудиторской компании более 3-х лет.
  • Образование: Высшее образование (экономическое)

Функциональные обязанности:

  • Контроль над целевым расходованием и эффективным использованием денежных средств по утвержденным ежемесячным финансовым планам.
  • Контроль по формированию реестров прогнозируемых платежей на производственно-хозяйственные расходы.
  • Контроль над своевременным предоставлением проекта финансового бюджета на утверждение бюджетной комиссией.
  • Контроль за ходом исполнения финансового бюджета, анализом отклонений.
  • Координация работ с банками и другими финансово-кредитными организациями по операционной, инвестиционной и финансовой деятельности.
  • Разработка еженедельной, ежемесячной и ежеквартальной управленческой отчетности на основе данных, предоставленных администраторами структурных подразделений.
  • Контроль правильности составления, оформления в установленные сроки и финансовых бюджетов и другим документам, связанным с хозяйственной деятельностью.
  • Формирование годового финансового бюджета.
  • Участие в подготовке периодических отчетов по исполнению плана по экономическому бюджету.
  • Ежемесячно до закрытия периода в 1С Бухгалтерии контроль правильности отнесения отдела бухгалтерского учета и отчетности статей затрат.
  • Обеспечение отражения плановых данных в подсистеме «Бюджетирование» в УПП 1С Бухгалтерии.
  • Анализ финансово-экономического состояния и результатов её деятельности за отчетный период.
  • Разработка методических указаний и рекомендаций по составлению финансового отчета в соответствии с МСФО.
  • Формирование пакета финансовой отчетности в соответствии с МСФО: отчет о финансовом положении, отчет о прибылях и убытках и прочем совокупном доходе, отчет об изменениях в капитале и отчет о движении денежных средств, примечания к финансовой отчетности.
  • Взаимодействие с внутренними и внешними аудиторами.
  • Курирование сбора информации с других подразделений, в части подготовки финансового отчета в соответствии с МСФО.
