The posting

Должностные обязанности:

  • Осуществление управления персоналом группы ГПМ;
  • Организация технического обслуживания и ремонта грузоподъемных машин и кранового оборудования;
  • Контроль за соблюдением трудовой, технологической дисциплины и правильной эксплуатацией технологического оборудования грузоподъемных машин и кранового оборудования;
  • Проведение аудитов ГПМ и по технике безопасности на рабочей площадке;
  • Ведение и оформление ежедневной документации, составление графиков и планирование проведения ремонтных работ;
  • Проведение ПТО/ ЧТО ГПМ, подготовка оборудования к обследованию ГПМ с истекшим сроком службы;
  • Проведение оценков рисков, оформление наряд-допусков, подготовка/организация выполнения работ;
  • Обеспечение бесперебойной работы оборудования ГПМ;
  • Организация заказа необходимых материалов для выполнения ремонтных работ по ГПМ;
  • Применение / исполнение требований техники безопасности и ПОП при ЭГМ.

Основные требования:

  • Высшее или средне-техническое образование (по специализации) с опытом работы на руководящей должности не менее 3 лет;
  • Знать и выполнять обязанности ответственного за исправное состояние ГПМ;
  • Знание правил охраны труда, требований и Правил обеспечения промышленной безопасности при эксплуатации грузоподъемных механизмов;
  • ПУЭ, ПТБ и ПТЭ, ГОСТы СНИПы и другую нормативную документацию в области стационарных ГПМ;
  • Опытный пользователь ПК;
  • Умение читать техническую документацию;
  • Знание устройств оборудования кранов, их работу, умение работать с технической документацией и каталогами по оборудованию и ГПМ, оформление дефектной ведомости, поиск запасных частей и комплектующих;
  • Умение организовать ремонтные работы и проводить выбраковку поврежденных устройств/механизмов;
  • Проводить ремонтные работы электрических и механических устройств приводов.
