Должностные обязанности:

  • Выявление и устранение эксплуатационных вопросов, обнаруженные при подачу жидкости и запуске механических систем, включая гидравлические системы, но не ограничиваясь ими.
  • Поддержание работы и установка элементов системы подачи жидкости со схемы или чертежа, включая шаровые и оборотные клапана, регуляторы и датчики давления и т.д.
  • Настройка, осмотр, эксплуатация и проведение техобслуживания гидравлических самоходных трейлеров для перевозки модулей.
  • Эксплуатация нескольких конфигураций SPMT.
  • Применение различных механических инструментов без инструкций.
  • Сборка, разборка, установка и настройка (механическая и электронная), эксплуатация SPMT (Sheurle, Kamag) с любой конфигурацией и любым типом груза/весом.
  • Эффективная и безопасная погрузка и разгрузка.
  • Может включать: подъем, монтаж, такелажные работы тяжелого груза.
  • Управление SPMT на внутренних дорогах компании и при погрузочно-разгрузочных операциях.
  • Выполнение работ в соответствии с правилами ТБ.
  • Проверка и поддержание производительности SPMT, проведение регулярного техобслуживания, выявление и устранение проблем.
  • Ответственность за проведение ежедневного и еженедельного контроля и техобслуживания SPMT.
  • Участие в собраниях до начала работ и собраниях по ТБ.

Основные требования:

  • Около 3-10 лет опыта работы в сфере перевозки тяжелых грузов/с тяжелой спецтехникой.
  • Около 3-7 лет работы с SPMT или их аналогами.
  • Базовое знание гидравлических и электрических схем, а также основных ремонтных работ.
  • Понимание гидравлических и электрических схем.
  • Вклад в процесс постоянного улучшения и направленность на принятие изменений.
  • Желательно наличие аттестата о среднем образовании или его аналога.
