The posting

Обязанности:

  • Регистрация, аккредитация на тендерных площадках;
  • Поиск и участие в тендерах.
  • Мониторинг тендерных площадок на наличие потенциально выгодных тендеров;
  • Формирование пакета тендерной документации; (Своевременная подача документов на участие в тендерах, закупках)
  • Проведение анализа результатов тендера;
  • Сбор и подготовка пакета тендерной документации, взаимодействие со всеми необходимыми подразделениями компаний;
  • Отчет для руководства – ежедневный отчет по мониторингу закупок, еженедельный отчет по тендерным заявкам;
  • Выполнять иные поручения руководителя
  • Расчет и анализ необходимости принять участие в закупках

Требования:

  • Продвинутый пользователь ПК и компьютерных программ Microsoft Word, Excel;
  • Предпочтительно высшее образование;
  • Знание порталов в роли поставщика: (reestr.nadloc.kz, zakup.sk.kz, goszakup.gov.kz);
  • Способность быстро обрабатывать информацию и вести несколько проектов одновременно;
  • Опыт работы специалиста по тендерам не менее 3 лет;
  • Хорошие коммуникативные навыки, внимательность к деталям, стрессоустойчивость;
  • Готовность к ненормированному рабочему графику;
  • Навыки введения переговоров;
  • Умение работать с документами.
  • Знать порталы NCOC ,TCO,KPO

Условия:

  • График работы: 5/2 с 09:00-18:00
  • Заработная плата: от 400 тысяч
