Sobre el Cargo

En Tenpo, estamos buscando a nuestro/a próximo/a "Jefe de Protección de Datos y Privacidad". Quien tendrá la misión de asegurar la correcta implementación, operación y mejora continua del programa de Protección de Datos Personales de Tenpo, mediante el levantamiento y mantención del Registro de Actividades de Tratamiento (RAT), la gestión de los derechos de los titulares de datos, la incorporación de Privacy by Design en productos y proyectos, la ejecución de evaluaciones de riesgo y de impacto (DPIA), la debida diligencia de terceros y encargados de tratamiento, la coordinación con áreas técnicas para la implementación de controles de seguridad de la información, la ejecución del proceso de capacitación y concientización del programa de protección de datos entre los colaboradores de Tenpo, y el reporte periódico de avances, riesgos y evidencias al DPO Corporativo.

Responsabilidades del cargo

  • Liderar y ejecutar proyectos de privacidad y protección de datos de inicio a fin dentro de la empresa.
  • Crear y mantener siempre actualizado el inventario de las actividades de tratamiento de datos personales.
  • Gestionar y dar respuesta oportuna a las solicitudes de los usuarios sobre los derechos de sus datos.
  • Integrar prácticas de privacidad desde el diseño ("Privacy by Design") en nuevos productos, inteligencia artificial y marketing.
  • Realizar evaluaciones de riesgo y de impacto (DPIA) para aquellos tratamientos de datos que sean de alto riesgo.
  • Evaluar a terceros y proveedores para asegurar que cumplan con los estándares y normativas de privacidad.
  • Trabajar en equipo con las áreas de Tecnología y Seguridad para implementar controles técnicos, como cifrado y control de accesos.
  • Diseñar y llevar a cabo entretenidas campañas de concientización y capacitaciones sobre protección de datos para todos los colaboradores.

¿Qué necesitas para postular?

  • Contar con un título profesional en Ingeniería Informática, Sistemas, Telecomunicaciones, Ingeniería Industrial o alguna carrera afín.
  • Tener desde 3 años de experiencia en áreas de Privacidad, Protección de Datos, Gobernanza de Datos o Seguridad y Cumplimiento.
  • Poseer experiencia práctica en el levantamiento de procesos, identificación de datos personales y mapeo de datos ("data mapping").
  • Tener conocimientos sólidos de la ley chilena de protección de datos (Leyes N.º 19.628 y 21.719), así como de normativas internacionales como el GDPR.
  • Contar con experiencia coordinando implementaciones de controles técnicos junto a equipos de tecnología.
  • Manejar a nivel avanzado Google Suite y diversas herramientas de gestión de proyectos.
