Technical Engineering Support (TES) est une société d’ingénierie créée il y a + de 30 ans, spécialisée dans la coordination des essais et la mise en service industrielle. TES accompagne également ses clients dans la participation aux études et à la coordination du montage des équipements industriels.

Dans le cadre de nos activités nous avons un poste à pourvoir en tant que Chef de Projet (f/h) spécialiste de la stratégie supply chain et logistique nucléaire. La mission s'inscrit dans le cadre de l'optimisation du schéma industriel pour les projets de construction de centrales nucléaires à l'export. Une structure logistique optimisée est essentielle pour assurer l'efficacité du déploiement des projets. Vous apporterez donc vos compétences en gestion de projet, analyse de situations complexes, prise de hauteur, compréhension des enjeux et contraintes des projets nucléaires.

Vos principales missions seront : Supply Chain, Logistique & Schéma Industriel

  • Ingénierie Logistique & Transport : Analyse des flux de transport (colis lourds / transports exceptionnels, fret classique), dimensionnement et localisation des hubs/zones de stockage (off-site et on-site), gestion des surfaces et des équipements de manutention.
  • Stratégie Supply Chain : Définition de structures logistiques complexes à l'export, processus d'expédition, traçabilité, gestion des retours et reverse logistics, optimisation des délais et des coûts (massification, choix modal).
  • Schémas de Contractualisation / Stratégie Industrielle : Élaboration de schémas contractuels de montage MEH, lotissement de contrats, analyse de panels d'industriels/partenaires européens, montage de partenariats.

Management de Projet & Pilotage (PMO/Gouvernance)

  • Pilotage Stratégique & Opérationnel : Capacité à construire et piloter des feuilles de route pluriannuelles (2026-2027), élaborer les hypothèses de Plan à Moyen Terme (PMT 2028-2030), estimer le plan de charge/budget et suivre le tableau de bord en CODIR.
  • Gestion du Costing & Chiffrage : Coordonner les activités d'estimation des coûts (costing) sur la base de référentiels existants (ex: EPR2) et valider les hypothèses avec des partenaires industriels.
  • Gestion des Interfaces & Constructibilité : Pilotage de la constructibilité des ouvrages, articulation entre les phases d'études (avec CNEPE / EDVANCE), d'approvisionnement, de montage et d'essais.

Ingénieur (Bac +5) ayant une solide connaissance du secteur nucléaire :

  • Cœur de métier : Solide connaissance de la filière nucléaire (ses exigences réglementaires, environnementales, de traçabilité, contraintes matérielles, etc.).
  • Projets Référents : Idéalement une bonne maîtrise/compréhension des programmes EPR2, , ainsi que de la logique de transposition à l'export (UE).
  • Capacité d'analyse et de synthèse : Savoir vulgariser des problématiques logistiques/techniques complexes pour des CODIR ou des clients.
  • Aisance relationnelle & Négociation : Capacité à collaborer avec une grande variété d'intervenants (ingénierie, achats, supply chain, sous-traitants, clients étrangers).
  • Communication & Leadership d'animation : Excellente communication orale et écrite, aptitude avérée à animer des réunions complexes et multi acteurs (ex: réunions de clarification avec le client final).
  • Adaptabilité & Flexibilité : Capacité à faire évoluer les activités selon l'actualité des prospects/offres pays.
