Job Description

The Inventory and Product Operations Analyst is a highly analytical and strategically impactful role focused on driving business performance through data-driven decision-making. This position is responsible for translating complex operational strategies—including inventory, supply chain, and lifecycle management—into measurable revenue outcomes and optimized efficiency.

You will act as a bridge between data and action, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, manufacturing partners, and sales leaders to solve complex problems and improve business visibility. This role requires a proactive mindset, high financial acumen, and the ability to build scalable operational processes.

Key responsibilities include

  • Portfolio & Performance Management: Own and manage portfolio performance within assigned business segments, demonstrating strong stewardship and accountability for KPIs, revenue outcomes, and operational health.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Develop and maintain advanced analytical models and systems to improve operational visibility, enabling leadership to make informed, real-time decisions.
  • Product Lifecycle Support: Drive operational readiness for product lifecycles, providing critical data insights from early-stage development through market maturity and end-of-life transitions.
  • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and lead the design, implementation, and scaling of new operational processes to support long-term business growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a central point of contact for strategic business units, manufacturing, and sales to drive collaborative problem-solving and ensure alignment between supply and demand.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business operations, supply chain analysis, financial analysis, or a related analytical role; semiconductor industry or related experience a plus
  • Advanced expertise in data manipulation and visualization (e.g., Excel/VBA, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI) with a proven ability to derive insights from large, complex datasets.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform root-cause analysis and develop data-backed recommendations to solve complex business problems.
  • Proven experience working within enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and CRM platforms.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Strategic Influence: Ability to build influential relationships across diverse teams and drive consensus in a matrixed environment.
  • Project Management: Experience leading process improvement initiatives or managing small-to-medium scale operational projects.
  • Business Acumen: A strong understanding of how operational metrics (inventory turns, lead times, fill rates) directly impact a company's P&L.
  • Agility: Proven ability to remain effective and pivot quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth, and dynamic business environment.
  • Communication: Superior ability to translate complex technical or operational data into clear, executive-level business narratives.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
