We're looking for an experienced Bar Supervisor to help lead our team and deliver exceptional service in one of Melbourne's most unique hospitality destinations. If you're passionate about premium beverage experiences, team leadership and creating memorable moments for every guest, we'd love to hear from you. About the Role As Bar Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of Fleet Rooftop Bar. You'll lead by example on the floor, inspire your team to deliver outstanding service and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional rooftop experience. Working closely with venue leadership, you'll help drive service excellence, maintain operational standards and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture. Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily bar operations and service delivery Lead, coach and develop team members to achieve exceptional customer service standards Maintain beverage quality, presentation and consistency Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and ordering Ensure compliance with RSA requirements, health and safety standards and venue policies Resolve guest feedback promptly and professionally Support the achievement of venue sales and service goals Foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing team environment

What You'll Bring Essential

Previous experience in a bar supervisory or leadership role Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, spirits and premium beverage service Current RSA certification Outstanding communication and guest service skills Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Desirable

Experience within premium bars, rooftop venues or hotel environments Knowledge of stock control and inventory management Experience leading high-volume service periods
