It's a popular destination for conferences, corporate events and leisure travellers. About the Role We are currently recruiting a welcoming and passionate hospitality professional to join our Reception team as a Night Auditor at Rendezvous Hotel Perth Scarborough. You'll help ensure our hotel operates seamlessly through the night by balancing exceptional guest service with operational accuracy. Supporting overnight arrivals, departures and daily financial processes, you'll help create a safe, welcoming and well-managed environment. Your attention to detail, sound judgement and calm approach will provide a smooth transition between each day while maintaining an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional overnight guest service while maintaining a safe and welcoming hotel environment. Complete guest arrivals, departures and overnight enquiries professionally and efficiently. Perform end-of-day financial reconciliation and night audit procedures accurately. Prepare daily operational and financial reports for hotel leadership. Monitor hotel security and respond appropriately to overnight incidents or emergencies. Maintain accurate guest records and process overnight transactions. Liaise effectively with the incoming morning team to ensure a smooth operational handover. Follow company policies, security procedures and workplace health and safety requirements.

Skills & Experience

Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm, organised and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment. Confidence using hotel systems and handling guest information responsibly. Ability to collaborate across departments and share information effectively. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to build positive relationships with guests, colleagues and stakeholders. Experience performing end-of-day financial reconciliations or audit processes preferred. Strong numerical accuracy and analytical skills. Ability to work independently during overnight operations while managing guest requests and operational priorities. Experience with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and night audit procedures is advantageous.

Qualifications, Certifications & Licenses

Relevant qualification in Hospitality, Tourism or Business is advantageous. Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification (where required). Experience or training in hotel night audit procedures, financial reconciliation or front office operations is preferred. Experience using Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred.
