En TGN nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Analista de Materiales y Equipos para sumarse a la Gerencia de Proyectos.

La posición tiene como objetivo asegurar la disponibilidad, trazabilidad y gestión eficiente de materiales y equipos necesarios para la ejecución de proyectos y obras, contribuyendo al cumplimiento de plazos, costos y estándares de calidad.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Analizar el stock de materiales para asegurar su disponibilidad en la ejecución de obras y proyectos.
  • Emitir solicitudes de pedido en SAP y realizar el seguimiento hasta la adjudicación de las órdenes de compra.
  • Controlar la trazabilidad de los materiales (certificaciones, especificaciones técnicas, origen y uso).
  • Realizar el seguimiento de la activación de órdenes de compra junto al área de Compras, verificando plazos y condiciones
  • Elaborar informes sobre el estado de materiales, identificando desvíos o pendientes.
  • Analizar datos mediante SAP y Excel para el seguimiento de compras, precios y consumo.
  • Optimizar bases de datos y registros para mejorar la trazabilidad y la calidad de la información.
  • Detectar oportunidades de mejora en la gestión de materiales (documentación, registros, procesos).
  • Proponer e implementar mejoras en inventarios y sistemas de información.

Requisitos

  • Estudiante avanzado/a o graduado/a en Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Electrónica, Electromecánica o carreras afines.
  • Entre 1 y 3 años de experiencia en compra y seguimiento de materiales para proyectos y obras, preferentemente en la industria de Oil & Gas.
  • Capacidad para interpretar documentación técnica y certificados de materiales.
  • Al menos 1 año de experiencia en manejo de SAP.
  • Manejo avanzado de Excel y herramientas como Microsoft Project y Power BI.
  • Nivel básico de inglés.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar viajes eventuales (inspecciones e inventarios).

Se valorará:

  • Conocimientos en normativas de la industria del Gas, Calidad y Seguridad.
  • Conocimiento en adquisición y seguimiento de materiales industriales bajo especificación.
