En TGN, estamos buscando un/a Analista de Seguridad de Procesos Ssr para formar parte de nuestro equipo de Calidad, Seguridad, Ambiente y Salud. Tus principales responsabilidades:

  • Coordinar la implementación de los elementos del Manual de Gestión de Seguridad de Procesos (MGSP/PSM).
  • Promover la Cultura de Seguridad de procesos dentro de la Compañía.
  • Implementar, coordinar, participar y/o liderar procesos de identificación, evaluación, comunicación y control de riesgos de procesos utilizando diferentes técnicas (HAZID, What-If, HAZOP, LOPA, QRA, etc.) en línea con la necesidad y las etapas del ciclo de vida de una instalación. Realizar el seguimiento del cumplimiento de las recomendaciones resultantes.
  • Asegurar la implementación de los procesos de Gestión del Cambio en la empresa.
  • Participar de investigaciones de incidentes para eventos que resulten o puedan haber resultado en un accidente de seguridad de procesos. Realizar seguimiento de la Gestión de Incidentes.
  • Coordinar y participar en auditorías de cumplimiento para evaluar la eficacia de la Gestión de Seguridad de Procesos.
  • Brindar capacitaciones sobre Seguridad de Procesos para asegurar las competencias del personal.
  • Coordinar el soporte técnico a la operación sobre seguridad de procesos
  • Gestionar y asegurar el cumplimiento de Indicadores de Gestión de Seguridad de Procesos.
  • Participar en la revisión y/o elaboración de procedimientos internos.
  • Participar en la planificación y gestión de emergencias, verificando escenarios de riesgo y simulacros operativos.
  • Gestionar y asegurar la implementación de la Matriz corporativa de Riesgos Operacionales

Requisitos

  • Graduado/a en Ingeniería Química, Industrial o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia en posiciones o sectores similares (seguridad de procesos, ingeniería, operaciones, etc.) de la industria del Oil & Gas.
  • Experiencia en análisis de riesgos de procesos y manejo de herramientas especializadas como PHAPro y PHAST (no excluyente).
  • Nivel intermedio de inglés.
  • Dominio de Paquete Office. Se valorarán conocimientos en Power BI y SAP.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar viajes ocasionales al interior del país.
  • Licencia de conducir vigente.
