¡En TGN estamos buscando a nuestro/a próximo/a Analista de Permisos para sumarse a proyectos estratégicos vinculados a gasoductos, plantas compresoras y estaciones de medición y regulación!

Principales responsabilidades

  • Gestionar permisos de paso, servidumbres, ocupaciones temporales, accesos y adquisición de terrenos, asegurando su disponibilidad conforme al cronograma.
  • Analizar la situación jurídica, dominial y catastral de los inmuebles y gestionar la documentación necesaria para su regularización e instrumentación.
  • Negociar con propietarios, poseedores y terceros permisos, acuerdos, compensaciones y daños, procurando anticipar y resolver conflictos.
  • Coordinar las gestiones prediales con áreas internas, organismos, registros, escribanías, agrimensores y demás actores intervinientes.
  • Realizar el seguimiento de las gestiones prediales, administrativas y judiciales, supervisando gestores y contratistas y reportando restricciones críticas.

Requisitos

Requisitos

  • Profesional universitario, Abogado/a, valorándose formación vinculada al derecho inmobiliario, registral o administrativo (Excluyente).
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en energía, hidrocarburos, infraestructura o actividades afines.
  • Conocimiento de derechos reales, servidumbres, aspectos dominiales y marco regulatorio aplicable.
  • Experiencia en permisos de paso, negociación con propietarios, adquisición de terrenos y gestión de servidumbres.
  • Capacidad para interpretar documentación catastral, registral y planos de mensura, valorándose manejo de SAP y herramientas Microsoft.
  • Contar con registro de conducir (excluyente).
  • Disponibilidad para viajar al interior del país.
