Coverage Defense Attorney Location: Princeton, NJ, United States Pay Rate: $115,000 – $160,000 per year

Position Overview We are seeking a qualified Coverage Defense Attorney for an opportunity in Princeton, NJ, United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle insurance coverage defense litigation matters from inception through trial and appeal
  • Manage first-party and third-party personal auto insurance claims
  • Defend and litigate PIP-related matters
  • Handle coverage disputes involving BI, UM/UIM, auto physical damage, rescission, and order of priority issues
  • Take and defend depositions; argue motions in limine and other litigation motions
  • Conduct trials through verdict; present and cross-examine expert and lay witnesses
  • Independently manage a full caseload in a paperless electronic litigation environment
  • Work closely with litigation support staff
