About the Role A leading regional healthcare provider known for patient-centric care is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join its nursing team. The organization provides skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation, and long-term care, and it is known for strong clinical leadership and a team culture where nurses are supported rather than stretched thin. Full-time, part-time, and per diem schedules are available across day, evening, and night shifts. This role suits an LPN who takes pride in clinical accuracy, builds trust with residents and families, and wants a stable home with room to grow.

Nurses here work on consistent units with dependable CNA support, clear leadership, and access to an RN supervisor on every shift. New team members receive a structured orientation with a nurse preceptor, and the organization supports continuing education for nurses who want to advance, including pathways from LPN to RN for those interested in further growth.

Core Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders and facility policy
  • Complete resident assessments, monitor changes in condition, and report concerns to the RN supervisor and provider
  • Perform wound care, catheter care, injections, and other skilled nursing procedures within LPN scope
  • Supervise and support CNAs on the assigned unit to ensure care is delivered safely and on time
  • Document assessments, medication administration, and care in the electronic health record
  • Participate in care planning, admission, and discharge processes
  • Respond to emergencies and initiate appropriate interventions
  • Communicate clearly with residents, families, therapy, and the interdisciplinary team
  • Follow infection control, fall prevention, and resident rights standards
  • Take part in shift reports, audits, and ongoing clinical education
  • Mentor newer CNAs and nurses and model professional, resident-centered care
  • Maintain medication carts, supplies, and treatment records in compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice or an eligible compact license
  • Current BLS or CPR certification
  • One year or more of long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply
  • Working knowledge of electronic health records and medication administration systems
  • Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills
  • Ability to pass a background check and health screening
  • Reliable attendance and flexibility to work some weekends and holidays as scheduled
  • Commitment to resident dignity, privacy, and person-centered care

Benefits & Pay Pay: $31.00 - $39.00 per hour, based on experience and schedule. Benefits for eligible employees are confirmed during the interview process and may include:
