Estamos buscando a una persona con gran talento para hacer prácticas uniéndose a nuestro equipo de Recursos Humanos en Marsh McLennan. Este puesto estará ubicado en Madrid.

Contaremos contigo para que bajo la supervisión de un tutor puedas colaboarar en:

• Gestiónar el proceso de Onboarding del emplead@: pack de bienvenida, petición tarjeta de acceso, petición de tarjeta de comida, elaboración de la documentación laboral, etc. • Administrar beneficios. • Apoyar en la gestión de convenios de Cooperación educativa de becarios.

• Dar soporte en la coordinación de las acciones formativas de la compañía y su comunicación a Fundae.

• Colaboración en proyectos e iniciativas transversales del área de HR.

• Atender a empleados.

• Gestiónar del archivo digital.

Lo que necesitas tener: • Buscamos estudiantes del grado preferiblemente en ADE o en carreras ligadas al ámbito de los Recursos Humanos. • Nivel de inglés C1. • Dominio paquete Office (Outlook, Excel y PowerPoint). • Sin experiencia mínima. • Alta capacidad de comunicación y trabajo en equipo. • Proactividad y ganas de aprender. • Capacidad para aprender a priorizar actividades teniendo múltiples tareas y lograr llevarlas a término en los plazos previstos.
