Estamos en búsqueda de una persona talentosa para unirse a nuestro equipo de Client Relationship Management en Marsh. Este puesto estará basado en Bogotá - Eldorado. Es un rol híbrido con el requisito de trabajar al menos tres días a la semana en la oficina, en ocasiones el cliente requiere que se vayan a sus oficinas toda la semana.

En este rol, gestionarás una cartera de clientes, atendiendo distintos requerimientos con criterio técnico, discreción y un alto estándar de servicio. Brindarás soporte técnico y comercial para asegurar la correcta ejecución de la propuesta de valor de Marsh, al tiempo que desarrollas y mantienes relaciones sólidas con los clientes y con diferentes áreas internas. También estarás a cargo de la administración integral de programas de seguros, con un fuerte enfoque en seguros de Aviación, asegurando el seguimiento oportuno, la documentación y el registro preciso de las actividades.

Contaremos contigo para:

  • Gestionar una cartera de clientes y atender solicitudes con un enfoque de servicio y criterio técnico
  • Brindar soporte técnico y comercial para asegurar la correcta ejecución de la propuesta de valor de Marsh
  • Coordinar y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes y equipos internos para lograr resultados efectivos
  • Supervisar el control integral de programas de seguros, con sólidos conocimientos en seguros de Aviación
  • Asegurar el seguimiento oportuno, la documentación y el registro preciso de todas las actividades programadas
  • Utilizar habilidades intermedias de Excel para apoyar el control operativo y la elaboración de reportes

Lo que necesitas tener:

  • Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas o carreras afines (se valora especialización en seguros)
  • 10 años de experiencia en gestión de relaciones con clientes y/o administración de programas de seguros
  • Sólidos conocimientos en seguros de Aviación
  • Habilidades intermedias en Excel
