Over de functie

Als HR Adviseur ben jij een belangrijke sparringpartner voor het management en de medewerkers binnen onze organisatie. Je weet wat er speelt op de werkvloer, denkt proactief mee en vertaalt HR-vraagstukken naar praktische en effectieve oplossingen.

Je combineert strategisch inzicht met een hands-on mentaliteit en draagt actief bij aan een positieve werkomgeving waarin medewerkers zich gewaardeerd voelen en zich kunnen ontwikkelen.

Geen dag is hetzelfde! Van het adviseren van leidinggevenden tot het verbeteren van HR-processen: jij maakt het verschil.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je adviseert en ondersteunt leidinggevenden bij uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken.
  • Je begeleidt verzuimtrajecten en ondersteunt bij duurzame inzetbaarheid.
  • Je bent betrokken bij werving, selectie, onboarding en medewerkersontwikkeling.
  • Je adviseert over arbeidsrechtelijke zaken, arbeidsvoorwaarden en personeelsbeleid.
  • Je signaleert kansen voor verbetering en optimaliseert bestaande HR-processen.
  • Je ondersteunt bij functionerings- en beoordelingsgesprekken.
  • Je draagt bij aan HR-projecten op het gebied van medewerkerstevredenheid, talentontwikkeling en organisatiecultuur.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte toepassing van relevante wet- en regelgeving en de geldende cao.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een toegankelijke, zelfstandige en oplossingsgerichte HR-professional. Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen verschillende niveaus binnen de organisatie en weet met jouw enthousiasme en deskundigheid mensen mee te nemen in veranderingen.

Daarnaast breng je het volgende mee:

  • Een afgeronde opleiding in Human Resource Management of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Minimaal 2 tot 3 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen HR.
  • Goede kennis van arbeidsrecht en HR-processen.
  • Sterke communicatieve en adviserende vaardigheden.
  • Een proactieve, nauwkeurige en resultaatgerichte werkhouding.
  • Het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Affiniteit met de hospitalitybranche is een pré.
