Onze klant wil doorgroeien naar een 9+ organisatie waarin de klantbeleving centraal staat. Jij kunt hier een belangrijke rol in gaan spelen in de functie van administratief medewerker provinciaal. Met jouw ondersteuning en hulp kunnen we het verschil gaan maken bij onze klanten!

Als administratief medewerker provinciaal ondersteun je de zakelijke en particuliere teams op administratief vlak bij het afsluiten van nieuwe en het aanpassen van bestaande provinciale levens-, schade-, verzuim- en inkomens-verzekeringen en verwerk je zelfstandig de prolongatie.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent gestructureerd, je houdt van organiseren en je bent oplossingsgericht. Je hebt MBO/MBOplus werk- en denkniveau. Het is een pre als je beschikt over de onderstaande WFT modules. Indien je niet in bezit bent van de genoemde WFT modules bieden we de mogelijkheid aan deze te behalen.

  • WFT basis;
  • WFT schade particulier;
  • WFT schade zakelijk inclusief Permanent Actueel;

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Verwerken en controleren van provinciale levens-, schade-, arbeidsongeschiktheids- en verzuimverzekeringen van provinciale polissen;
  • Uitvoering geven aan het beleid met betrekking tot privacy-, fraude en ‘ken uw klant’- beleid;
  • Onderhouden van schriftelijke en telefonische contacten met verzekeraars;
  • Verwerken, controleren en versturen van polissen en nota’s;

  • Salarisschaal B € 2.509 tot € 3.000,- (op basis van full time) afhankelijk van werkervaring en opleiding
