De Rabobank is een coöperatieve bank met meer dan 8,5 miljoen klanten. Met grote en kleine initiatieven wil de bank de wereld een beetje beter maken. Zo ondersteunen ze lokale ondernemingen en goede doelen organisaties en leveren ze op deze manier bij aan de welvaart en het welzijn in de omgeving.

Positie Deze functie is gepositioneerd bij de Bedrijvendesk in de kring en kent een virtuele klantbediening. Dit betekent dat je je bezighoudt met de klantbediening aan (F&A) MKB klanten m.b.t. dagelijkse bankzaken, complexe bankzaken en financieringsvragen. Het werkaanbod is landelijk en wordt toegewezen de aan 14 kringen. Een goede samenwerking tussen RKS Bedrijven en de Bedrijvendesk is essentieel in de totale klantbediening voor MKB.

Profiel Je bent een ondernemende adviseur die klanten (MKB en MKB F&A) helpt ondernemen door het behandelen van (complexe) klantvragen en financieringsvragen. Je begeleidt de klant in het zelfstandig (online) regelen van de (complexe) bankzaken en financieringsgerelateerde vragen en signaleert en verzilvert commerciële signalen. Door goed te luisteren weet je wat de klant belangrijk vindt. Je bent in staat om verbinding te maken met de klant. Je beschikt over een optimistische insteek en ziet overal kansen. Door de organisatie heen weet je de juiste collega’s te vinden om de klant optimaal te bedienen.

Taken • Je inventariseert en analyseert de klantbehoefte, signaleert en verzilvert leads, onderneemt de juiste actie voor een passende oplossing en levert daardoor klantwaarde;

• Je geeft inzicht in de risico's voor de klant en onderneemt acties om deze te reduceren;

• Je zorgt voor correcte vastlegging in systemen, zodat jouw collega’s de klant de volgende keer ook goed kunnen helpen;

• Je bent de ogen en oren van de bank. Je luistert goed naar de klant. Daardoor signaleer je verkoopkansen en verbetermogelijkheden en lever je een bijdrage aan optimale klantbediening;

• Je draagt actief bij aan de gestelde (commerciële) doelen, waarbij je verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor je eigen resultaten;

• Je handelt zelfstandig conform processen, werkinstructies en bevoegdhedenregeling.  Vereisten • Siebel kennis en ervaring;

• Rabobank ervaring;

• Klantcontact ervaring;

• Ervaring binnen RKS bedrijven of eventueel vanuit KSS is een pré;

De medewerkers die starten in deze rol zullen binnen de bedrijvendesk op de inkomende telefonie ingezet worden.
