Ben jij graag medeverantwoordelijk voor het behalen van de groeitargets voor alle productgroepen van een bedrijf? Heb je ervaring met het voeren van interne Go/No-Go beslissingen?

Lees dan verder want The Preferred Supplier is opzoek naar een Bidmanager voor een dynamische, jonge en technische organisatie die opereert in de wereld van duurzaamheid, recycling en waste management.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

• Het formeren, aansturen en coördineren van het aanbestedingsteam en interne afdelingen ten behoeve van het tot stand komen van de aanbestedingsprojecten;

• Het stellen van de juiste prioriteitsvolgorde, waar nodig het bij elkaar roepen van het projectteam om project bij te sturen;

• Het opstellen en indienen van winnende inschrijvingen

• Het opstellen en/of afsluiten van contracten voor de verkoop van producten en diensten;

• Het afstemmen met betrokkenen en het verzorgen van een goede overdracht na goedkeuring vaneen investeringsbeslissing of contractondertekening;

• Het intern borgen van product specificaties en voorwaarden vanuit de marktvraag wanneer die afwijkt van de standaarden.

Jouw achtergrond:

• Een afgeronde relevante hbo- of wo-opleiding;

• Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie waarbij kennis en ervaring in Europese Aanbestedingen een must is;

• Affiniteit en ervaring met duurzaamheid is een pré;

• Je hebt een sociaal profiel en bent communicatief vaardig. Je bouwt daarom gemakkelijk goede werkrelaties met anderen op en bent sterk in stakeholdermanagement;

• Je werkt nauwgezet, hebt oog voor details, hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en zet door totdat zaken zijn afgerond

Het aanbod:

• Salaris tot 5500 obv 40 uur.

De standplaats is tijdelijk in Zwolle, maar over een jaar verhuist het bedrijf terug naar Genemuiden als de verbouwing van het nieuwe hoofdkantoor is afgerond.
