Je functie ziet er als volgt uit

Hoe zou het zijn om te werken in de functie van Business Controller bij één van de grootste mobiliteitspartners van Noord-Nederland? Wij geven je graag een inkijkje!

In je rol ben je een business partner van de divisies met veel mogelijkheden om impact te maken. Met jouw kritische blik ben je in staat om verbanden te leggen tussen de gegevens die je ophaalt vanuit alle lagen van de organisatie om vervolgens de informatie te analyseren en te beoordelen. Je ziet kansen en je durft gevraagd en ongevraagd advies te geven door middel van suggesties tot veranderingen en verbeteringen.

Je komt te werken in het team van business controllers en BI-analisten, die aangestuurd wordt door de Head of Business Control.  Wat we van jou vragen Jij bent iemand die proactief de samenwerking op zoekt om onze afdeling naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Je beschikt over HBO/WO niveau en staat aan het begin van je carrière of je bent toe aan een tweede stap. Resultaat boeken, accuraat en gestructureerd te werk gaan is voor jou niets nieuws. Daarbovenop vragen wij het volgende van je:

Je beschikt over HBO(+) werk- en denkniveau met een bedrijfskundige of accountancy achtergrond; Je bent cijfermatig en analytisch sterk en communicatief vaardig; Je bent flexibel en ondernemend; bereid zijn om ‘the extra mile’ te lopen; Je hebt ervaring in forecasting en het creëren/werken met P&L’s; Kennis in het bouwen en onderhouden van financiële modellen, SQL en geavanceerde Excel-vaardigheden zijn een pré; Je bent in staat om sterke relaties op te bouwen met verschillende stakeholders; Je bent betrouwbaar, hands-on en focus op kwaliteitsresultaten.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit: Het opstellen van verkoop-, marge- en kostenanalyses voor de diverse business units; Opleveren strategische en operationele managementinformatie, inclusief een kritische blik naar de huidige informatievoorziening; Bijdrage leveren aan jaarlijkse budgetten en periodieke prognoses; Gevraagd en ongevraagd advies geven aan budgethouders, waarbij de vraag achter de vraag naar boven wordt gehaald. Hierbij komen jouw communicatieve vaardigheden van pas; Uitvoeren van interne audits, risicomanagement en procesverbeteringen;

Ontwikkelen BI-rapportages en analyses hierop.
