Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je bent in staat om samen met het management jaarlijks een Financieel Strategisch Meerjarenplan op te stellen, die goed onderbouwd is met een business plan en financieel aansluit bij de ambities van het bedrijf.
  • Je hebt inzicht in de onderliggende drivers & KPI's en bent in staat de link te leggen tussen de ontwikkeling in deze drivers & KPI's en de financiële resultaten.
  • Je hebt geen moeite om een positief kritische en adviserende rol te vervullen richting het management en je vindt het leuk om actief en adhoc jouw bijdrage te leveren in business cases.
  • Je bent onderdeel van het Business control team Customer Services en werkt daarin nauw samen met de manager Business control en jouw collega business controllers.
  • Je zorgt voor tijdige maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen, maakt rolling forecasts, analyseert de actuals ten opzichte van het budget en de forecast. Daarbij deel je actief jouw analyses met het management binnen Customer Services.

Jouw achtergrond:

  • Je heb een afgeronde academische opleiding in een bedrijfseconomische richting. Bij voorkeur heb je ook een RC-opleiding gevolgd of heb je de ambitie om deze te gaan volgen.
  • Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring opgedaan.
  • Je heb kennis van SAP, Excel, Power Point en heb ervaring met business intelligence tools, zoals Power BI.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar bent tegelijkertijd ook een teamplayer. Je bent in staat om verbeteringen te signaleren en door te voeren; jouw inbreng heeft impact en je hebt gevoel voor verhoudingen.
  • Je bent flexibel en krijgt energie van multistakeholdermanagement.

Het aanbod:

  • Salaris ligt tussen de €50.000-€84.000 per jaar.
