Voor een vastgoed bedrijf in omgeving Amersfoort is The Preferred Supplier op zoek naar een Business Unit Controller met ervaring op het gebied van digitalisering.

Het gaat om een groot bekend bedrijf die op dit moment een digitale transformatie aan het ondergaan is. Jouw rol is hier cruciaal. Je werkt door aan de automatisering/digitalisering van de bedrijfsprocessen en technologie.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je bent als Business Unit Controller verantwoordelijk voor de Financiële beheersing van de unit.
  • Je implementeert, bewaakt en geeft vorm aan het tactisch en strategisch financieel-economisch beleid.
  • Je geeft sturing aan een optimale Financiële organisatie.
  • Je speelt een actieve rol in de digitalisering van de bedrijfsprocessen. Ervaring hierin is vereist voor deze rol.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de ICT in de Business Unit en hebt een zware rol in het MT.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de bewaking van het jaarplan en ondernemersplan op financieel gebied.
  • Je bent continu bezig met verbeteringen en brengt hier adviezen in uit.
  • Je bent een well connected business partner in de organisatie.
  • Je werkt continu aan alignement van de regio's en de medewerkers op de strategie.
  • Je stuurt 15-20 FTE aan binnen de BU.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de AO/IC.
  • Je verzorgt de managementrapportages en informatie op juiste en tijdige basis.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de dashboards en tilt deze naar the next level m.b.v. data management.
  • Je rapporteert aan de CFO en je bent een stevige sparringpartner voor de BU-directeur.
  • Je vergroot de positie van Finance & Control en zorgt voor betrokkenheid in besluitvormingsprocessen en stuurt mee op onder andere contractvorming en aan te nemen werk (juridisch/fiscaal en financieel).

Jouw achtergrond:

  • Je hebt een afgerond HBO+
  • Je hebt ervaring met digitalisering of automatisering van bedrijfsprocessen (MUST)
  • Je hebt ervaring met AO/IC, interne- en externe verslaggevingsregels, risicomanagement en project controlling.
