Cloud Engineer

Ben jij de ondernemende jonge all-round IT professional, die zijn of haar werk elke dag een stukje slimmer en beter wil doen? Dan bieden wij jou graag de ruimte om zorg te dragen voor de beheerdiensten rond een mix van Cloud en on-premises omgevingen, waarbij Microsoft D365, het PowerPlatform en Azure centraal staan. Jouw klanten zijn de klanten van ons en natuurlijk ook onze Developers, Consultants en medewerkers.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een aanvulling voor ons Technical Services team die met zijn frisse blik een relevante bijdrage kan leveren. In dit team willen we je uitdagen om, met de ondersteuning van je collegas, nieuwe dingen op te pakken en te ondernemen. Als Cloud Engineer heb je direct contact met onze externe en interne klanten. Door te luisteren, te vragen en nog meer door te vragen, kun je de wensen en behoeften van de klant in kaart brengen en weet je wat jij met je team hierin kan betekenen. Je werkt in een nieuw team en zit samen in een leerproces, waarin je met elkaar steeds nieuwe dingen doet en continu verbetert!

Wat ga je doen?

Je taken zijn direct gerelateerd aan het beheer van omgevingen. Hierbij kun je denken aan:

  • Het inkopen en beschikbaar stellen van licences en subscriptions;
  • Het beheren van portals voor Microsoft Dynamics 365 oplossingen en add-ons;
  • Het opstellen en uitbrengen van technische adviezen rond het inrichten van Azure diensten, waaronder Azure DevOps;
  • Het inrichten van uiteenlopende Azure diensten;
  • Het uitvoeren van Azure portal beheer en monitoring;
  • Het uitvoeren van on-premises installaties van software;
  • SQL Server beheer, prestatiebewaking en het afstemmen van backup en restore activiteiten;
  • Het voorbereiden, beoordelen en uitvoeren van de installatie van nieuwe versies en updates;
  • Het continu afstemmen van wensen en mogelijkheden met klanten, developers en consultants;
  • Het ontwikkelen en verbeteren van procedures, werkwijzen en tooling;
  • Samen met je collegas zorgdragen voor de ICT dienstverlening.

Als Microsoft Dynamics partner zetten wij met dan 100 collegas elke dag onze kennis over de ERP software van het Microsoft Platform in. Met deze kennis helpen wij organisaties om zelfredzaam te worden en alles uit hun Dynamics omgeving te halen. Onze Business Unit Business Solutions zet zich in om de Dynamics omgeving afgestemd op de wensen van de klant te implementeren. De Business Unit Improve gaat vervolgens aan de slag om de bestaande omgevingen bij de klant beter te laten functioneren. Daarnaast vinden wij dat kennis er is om te delen. Daarom delen wij de kennis die we in huis hebben graag met de wereld via onze eigen Academy. Met dit alles én ons eigen Agriware producten die wij speciaal voor de tuinbouw hebben ontwikkeld, zijn wij een begrip in de Dynamics-markt!

Wij zoeken jou!

  • Een afgeronde opleiding richting ICT, Techniek, Informatica (of een vergelijkbare opleiding).
  • Vanuit de praktijk ben je inhoudelijk bekend en vertrouwd met de Microsoft D365 en Azure Clouds.
  • Je bent net begonnen als Junior of al doorgestoomd tot Medior.
  • 40 uur per week beschikbaar.
  • Woonachtig in centraal Nederland.
