Jouw uitdaging Met jouw financiële expertise bouw jij als Controller Vastgoed mee aan het succes en de groei van onze klant. Ben je ambitieus en wil je je binnen enkele jaren ontwikkelen tot een Senior Controller? Lees dan snel verder!

Wat ga je doen Jouw werkzaamheden als Controller Vastgoed zijn net zo divers als ons bedrijf; je komt in aanraking met alle aspecten van de financiële discipline. De functie is een mix van financial control, business control en project control, wat jou voldoende kansen geeft om jezelf breed te ontwikkelen. Van jaarrekeningen tot fiscaliteit en van forecasting tot risicomanagement.

De business unit telt zon 40 man, waarbij je ook veel te maken hebt met internationale collegas. Groei & ontwikkeling zijn belangrijke themas voor onze organisatie, hier krijg je dan ook meer dan genoeg mogelijkheden voor. Je maakt onderdeel uit van een jong team van financiële experts met een sterke teamspelersmentaliteit. Vanaf ons kantoor in Rotterdam draag jij bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de afdeling. Je rapporteert direct aan de Head of Finance.

Jouw werkzaamheden in het kort

  • Business control: investeringsanalyses, fiscale vraagstukken, probleemoplossing, managementrapportages, onderhouden en optimaliseren van interne processen en controles, automatisering/ICT en cash flow forecasting;
  • Project control van ontwikkelprojecten: analyse en rapportage van budgetten, beheersen van de actuals en verplichtingen, opstellen van prognoses, cash flow van projecten, projectfinancieringen en adviseren van projectontwikkelaars;
  • Financial control: jaarverslagen, periodieke rapportages en consolidatie.

Wat breng jij mee

  • je hebt een afgeronde hbo/wo opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in de richting van Bedrijfseconomie of Accountancy;
  • je hebt circa 3 jaar relevante werkervaring, bijvoorbeeld als Accountant of Controller Vastgoed;
  • je bent vergevorderd met Excel;
  • je bent ondernemend, een echte analyticus en hebt een groot probleemoplossend vermogen.

  • Jaarcontract met intentie te verlengen naar onbepaald.

Dit budget behoort niet tot het basisloon in geval van WW, Transitievergoeding of Sociaal Plan.)
