Onze klant is een stichting voor samenwerkende vrije scholen  in Zuid-Holland met scholen in Den Haag, Del, Roerdam, Krimpen aan den IJssel, Oud Beijerland en Dordrecht. De basisscholen verzorgen het vrije school onderwijs aan ruim 2000 leerlingen. De antroposofie en de daarbij behorende pedagogische visie, vormen de uitgangspunten voor het onderwijs. De werkzaamheden van de beleidsadviseur financiën en beheer worden verricht vanuit het bestuursbureau van de stichting.

Wat ga je doen?

Als beleidsadviseur financiën adviseer je de bestuurder inzake de begrotingsvoorbereiding, de jaarrekening en stelt de geconsolideerde (meerjaren) begroting op, coördineert de uitvoering ervan en voert interne controleactiviteiten uit.

Je vertaalt financieel beleid naar schoolniveau en daarbij adviseer, coach en faciliteer je de schoolleiders op het gebied van financiële en budgettaire vraagstukken. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de P&C cyclus, levert tijdige en accurate managementrapportages en adviseert de bestuurder. Samen met de HR-adviseur ben je verantwoordelijk voor een gezonde bedrijfsvoering. Hierbij ga je op zoek naar aanvullende geldstromen om ons onderwijs te verrijken.

Wat vragen wij?

  • - Relevante HBO/Universitaire opleiding
  • - Ervaring als controller, ervaring in onderwijs is een pré
  • - Goede boekhoudkundige kennis en ervaring in het gebruik van Excel
  • - Uitstekende advies- en communicatie aardigheden Wij zoeken een proactieve teamspeler die samen met de overige collega's een bijdrage wil leveren aan de kwaliteit van de stichting én het onderwijs op onze scholen. Wat bieden wij? De stichting staat er financieel en kwalitatief goed voor. We zijn ambitieus en blijven ons focussen op het door ontwikkelen en verstevigen van deze goede basis, met een personeelsbeleid dat zich kenmerkt door kwaliteit, betrokkenheid, ambitie én toekomstbestendig onderwijs, zowel in de scholen als bij het bestuursbureau. Je krijgt veel ruimte en verantwoordelijkheid om samen met professionele en gedreven collega's je bijdrage te leveren aan het verwezenlijken van deze ambitie en mee te groeien met de organisae. Je krijgt een contract voor de duur van één jaar met de intentie om dit na een jaar om te zeen in een vast dienstverband. De functie valt in het functiehuis binnen de functie beleidsadviseur financiën en beheer welke ingeschaald is conform schaal 11, CAO-PO.
