Ben jij de Controller Finance projecten met de focus op facturatie en administratie processen? Pas jij jezelf makkelijk aan in een nieuwe omgeving? Dan snappen wij niet dat jij nog niet hebt gesolliciteerd voor de Controller Finance.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

• Specificaties opstellen op ten behoeve van de maand- en jaarafsluiting.

• Controleren van de samenhang van financiële data uit meerdere bronnen en het consolideren van financiële gegevens.

• Controleren en verwerken van complexe financiële data binnen één of meerdere financiële systemen.

• Het opstellen van periodieke managementinformatie en ad hoc rapportages.

• Het bewaken van de deadlines voor de periode afsluitingen, knelpunten hierin signaleren en rapporteren aan de Manager Accounting House.

• Verantwoordelijk voor het operationele functioneel beheer van de financiële applicaties.

• Verantwoordelijk voor het proces aansturen van het team Support bij jaar en maand afsluit taken.

• Werkzaamheden ten behoeve van de accountantscontrole.

• Diverse werkzaamheden op projectbasis, waaronder:

• Financiële processen doorlichten en vastleggen, identificeren en borgen van mogelijke verbeteringen.

• Het zelfstandig en in teamverband werken aan projecten ter verbetering van de financiële processen en/of nieuwe werkwijzen, methodes en systeem te implementeren.

 • Het maken van kwantitatieve en kwalitatieve analyses van financiële data en deze vertalen naar adviezen en verbetervoorstellen.

Jouw achtergrond:

• Afgeronde hbo opleiding in financieel- economische richting (zoals Bedrijfseconomie of Finance & Control)

• Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring, ervaring binnen een administratiekantoor of accountancy is een pre, ervaring met projectmatig werken een must.

• Kennis van RPA, AFAS en AX is een pre.

• Systemen leren kennen en deze 'eigen' maken is voor jou geen probleem.

• Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.

• Je bent een initiatiefnemer, accuraat en beschikt over een probleemoplossend (analytisch) vermogen.

• Je bent een expert in Excel.
