Is het voor jou een uitdaging om een dynamische productielocatie te ondersteunen? Ben jij graag betrokken en sturend in budgettering en rapportage? Ben je geïnteresseerd in Supply Chain? 

Jouw vooruitzichten: Als Controller Operations is het jouw taak en verantwoordelijkheid om bedrijfs- gegevens te analyseren, interpreteren en rapporteren, zodanig dat het maandafsluitings-, budgetterings- en forecastproces van operations soepel verloopt. Mede op basis van jouw calculaties, analyses en rapportages worden er beslissingen genomen. Uiteraard participeer je in diverse bedrijfseconomische (investerings-) projecten en ben je betrokken bij product-innovatie. Je denkt mee in de ontwikkeling van de controlling-werkzaamheden in Nederland.

In deze functie in het controlling team vorm je een onmisbare schakel tussen het Productieteam in Leeuwarden, de Supply Chain groep in Amersfoort en de Directie van Nederland. Je rapporteert aan het Executive Head of Finance. Naast een 2-tal collega’s werk je nauw samen met de diverse collega’s in Leeuwarden en in Amersfoort op gebied van Operations, Commercie en Supply Chain. Ook ben je regelmatig adviserend naar een van de Managing Directors.

De werkzaamheden omvatten o.a.: • Het verwerken van periodieke financiële gegevens en opstellen van rapportages; • Het analyseren en presenteren van resultaten; • Het meedenken in verbeteringen en ondersteunen bij de implementatie hiervan; • Het begeleiden van diverse veranderingen op financieel gebied ten behoeve van onze productie en Supply Chain; • Waarborgen van internal controls en het implementeren van verbeteringen; • Advies geven omtrent verbeteringen binnen de operationele processen.

Jouw capaciteiten:

Ben jij de ideale kandidaat voor deze functie? De belangrijkste vereisten zijn: • een afgeronde bedrijfseconomische opleiding op academisch niveau. • Aangevuld met minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring als Business Controller in een dynamische ( bij voorkeur FMCG-) omgeving, die toe is aan een tweede stap in zijn/haar carrière. • Ruime ervaring met kostprijscalculaties; • Goede kennis van en ervaring met SAP (CO, FI, BW, Power BI); • Goede kennis van de Engelse taal; • Analytisch, accuraat en met doorzettingsvermogen; • Oplossingsgericht, proactief en pragmatisch; • Combinatie van professionalisme en een gezonde dosis humor.
