Wij zoeken een Countrymanager Germany die in of vlak bij Duitsland woont. Onze Countrymanager zal regelmatig op reis zal zijn in het werkgebied. Jouw doel is in Duitsland ons marktaandeel voor onze klant te vergroten.

Functie: Nieuwe markten openen en groei realiseren

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van de afgesproken omzet- en winstdoelstellingen bij de bestaande en nieuwe accounts binnen de toegewezen gebieden.
  • Ontwikkelen van nieuwe business door acquisitie en kansen in de markt omzetten naar commercieel resultaat. Je beheert de verkoopcyclus van A-Z en beheert je eigen portefeuille.
  • Verder stippel je in onderling overleg het commercieel beleid voor elk van je markten uit en vergroot het marktaandeel.
  • Toezien op de implementatie en opvolging van de gemaakte afspraken, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met collegas van de andere afdelingen binnen onze klant.
  • Je bouwt een goede band op met dealers en klanten en werkt nauw met hen samen.
  • Je vindt het leuk om op beurzen te staan en bent ambassadeur van onze klant.
  • Als Country Manager Duitsland rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Sales Director in Nederland.

Profiel: Internationaal commercieel talent

  • Een relevante opleiding op minimaal op hbo-niveau
  • Enkele jaren verkoopervaring in B2B omgeving
  • Aantoonbare affiniteit met techniek of sport is een plus
  • Goede kennis van CRM-, Salesforce- en MS Office-toepassingen
  • Vloeiend in Duits en Nederlands; andere Europese talen zijn een pre
