The posting

Wil jij ons managementteam helpen om vanuit financieel oogpunt bedrijfsprocessen optimaal aan te sturen? Ben je klaar voor een overstap naar een organisatie die flink aan het groeien is, maar waar nog steeds een informele cultuur heerst met korte lijnen?

Functie:

  • Ondernemend lid van het managementteam, waarbij er niet alleen naar de eigen discipline gekeken wordt, maar gewerkt wordt aan de doelstellingen van de hele organisatie;
  • Managet het accounting team (1 team lead finance, 2 assistanten) en de afdeling P&O (P&O en salarisadministratie 2 maal 0,5 FTE);
  • Het verstrekken van managementinformatie en inzichtelijke financiële- en business controlling analyses over wat er precies nodig is om de doelstellingen te behalen en de monitoring van de verschillende afdelingen (zowel financieel als niet-financieel) en businessunits;
  • Nauw samenwerken met de verschillende afdelingen en actief deelnemen aan het opstellen van budgetten en prognoses, waarbij jij fungeert als informatiebron voor alle financiële vragen;
  • Deelnemen aan belangrijke zakelijke initiatieven en activiteiten om de bedrijfsgroei te ondersteunen;
  • Afstemmen met de accountants of andere experts op diepgaande onderwerpen;
  • Opbouwen van financiële Business cases en ondersteunen van projectteams bij het ontwerpen en implementeren van belangrijke investeringen.
  • Pre en Post evaluatie van projecten en activiteiten. Eindverantwoordelijk voor alle wettelijke verslaggeving, compliance, jaarrekening.

Profiel:

  • Bachelor of Master’s degree in Accounting / Finance met een minimum van 5 jaar ervaring als financial en of businesscontroler;
  • Gerichte hoogwaardige business control, proactief stakeholdermanagement, tijdige deliverables en kan eenvoudig verbanden leggen tussen cijfers en operationele prestaties;
  • Teamspeler met sterke people management vaardigheden; positief, enthousiast en heeft affiniteit met probleemoplossing;
  • Regiehouder in alle processen;
  • Gedegen kennis van geautomatiseerde systemen (bij voorkeur Oracle Netsuite);
  • Ervaring in een groeiende en ondernemende omgeving is een pré.
