The posting

Onze klant kent geen traditionele organisatiestructuur. In 2022 willen ze hier verder in doorgroeien. We werken dan met zelfsturende teams die gefaciliteerd worden door een regisseur/finance manager. Het team is proactief en initiatiefrijk en voelt zich de trotse eigenaar van de te bereiken resultaten.

De regisseurs vormen tezamen met de twee oprichters van onze klant een team dat zijn wortels heeft in de gehele dienstverlening van onze klant.

Zij stellen zich zelf dagelijks drie vragen:

  1. Doen we de goede dingen?
  2. Doen we ze goed?
  3. Wat heeft de organisatie nodig?

Manager/Regisseur Finance

Als manager/regisseur Finance richt je je op data-analyse, dashboardrapportages en budgettering. Ook het doorrekenen van business cases of prognoses rond nieuwe product/markt combinaties behoren tot het takenpakket. Je bent in staat om gegevens te veredelen tot goede beslisinformatie en geeft gevraagd en ongevraagd adviezen op tactisch en strategisch niveau.

Daarnaast besteden ze bij onze klant veel aandacht aan doelmatig (be)handelen en compliance; het naleven van relevante wet- en regelgeving en het werken volgens de door onze klant vastgestelde normen zowel op kwalitatief vlak als op financieel vlak . Binnen deze functie zijn een deel van de werkzaamheden daarop gericht.

Voor iedereen die bij onze klant werkt is het hebben van een hands-on mentaliteit belangrijk. Het samen met ondersteunende medewerkers voeren van de financiële administratie, betalingsverkeer, het bijdragen aan het vervaardigen van de jaarrekening is onderdeel van deze functie. Waar het kan maken we gebruik van ICT -oplossingen om de administratieve last te beperken. BI portal wordt dit jaar geïmplementeerd en de dashboards worden daarmee beter bereikbaar gemaakt en verfijnd.

De manager/ regisseur Finance is ons altijd een stap voor en levert met het team een significante bijdrage aan de strategische doelstellingen van onze klant. Hij/zij kijkt met een scherp oog wat er nodig is en levert, nog voor er om gevraagd is. Legt verbinding met alle andere teams binnen onze klant en levert een bijdrage aan vernieuwing en innovatie door deel te nemen aan strategische projecten. Hij/zij zoekt behandelaren en collega’s actief op in hun werkomgeving om te begrijpen wat er speelt.

Afhankelijk van ervaring is de salarisindicatie tussen 75.000-100.000 met secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden als bijvoorbeeld opleiding en bonusregeling.
