Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

Jouw team bestaat op dit moment uit 2,5 FTE en je rapporteert aan de Manager Finance & Control. Naast de werkzaamheden voor de Nederlandse operatie stuur je ook de administratie van onze buitenlandse vestigingen mede aan.

In deze functie ga je operationeel aan de slag met het financiële proces, houdt je overzicht, begeleidt het team en controleert de processen en administraties en voert zelf ook een aantal operationele taken uit. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de juiste verwerking van de debiteuren- en crediteurenadministratie en ook het grootboekbeheer. Tijdens de maandafsluiting (fast-closing) zorg je voor een tijdige en correcte bijwerking en analyse van de cijfers samen met de afdeling control. Je verzorgt maandelijkse BTW en CBS-aangiftes. Je verwerkt en monitort de administratie van intercompany diensten. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze buitenlandse administratiekantoren en stemt met hen de werkzaamheden en prioriteiten af.

Jouw achtergrond:

• Je hebt een afgeronde HBO opleiding in de financiële richting.

• Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring.

• Kennis van geldende financiële wet- en regelgeving (inclusief belastingen) binnen Europa

• Ervaring met Microsoft Dynamice 365 is een grote pré.

• Je kunt goed uit de weg met Excel.
