Solliciteer dan direct. Wij zijn namelijk op zoek naar een Finance Manager voor een groot transport familie bedrijf. Je neemt de leiding over de financiële afdeling en houdt je bezig met alle facetten van de financiële huishouding (financiële rapportages, investeringsanalyses, balansen, winst- en verliesrekeningen, begrotingen, jaarrekeningen en meerjarenplannen). Daarnaast werk je zeer nauw samen met de algemeen directeur diverse projecten uit. Je adviseert (proactief) de directie bij o.a. financiële, bedrijfskundige en strategische vraagstukken. Voor jouw expertise ga je direct op een jaarcontract bij ons en ontvang je reiskostenvergoeding. Je bent tevens lid van het MT.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Als controller sta je nauw in contact met verschillende afdelingen.
  • Je stelt de managementrapportages op (wekelijks, maandelijks, per kwartaal en jaarlijks) met toelichting, detail analyse van opbrengsten en marge per BU die aanzet tot acties.
  • Je stelt de begroting op en gaat deze monitoren.
  • Voor de rest ben je verantwoordelijk voor het Initiëren, monitoren en evalueren van investeringstrajecten
  • Het afwikkeling van schadeprocedures
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ERP financieel kwaliteitsbeleid
  • Het optimaliseren van de administratieve- en bedrijfsprocessen
  • De interne audits
  • Het samenstellen van jaarrekeningen
  • De salarisadministratie
  • De aangiften vennootschapsbelasting voorbereiden en opstellen
  • Je bent sparringpartner en adviseur directie/ MT/eigenaar

Jouw achtergrond:

  • Je hebt een afgerond HBO of hoger
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring
  • Je bent hands on
