The posting

Voor onze klant, gevestigd in Almere, zijn wij op zoek naar een Financial Controller voor 32 tot 40 uur per week. Een ideale rol voor iemand met enkele jaren werkervaring en die toe is aan een volgende stap in zijn of haar carriere.

Wat ga je doen?

Voor onze klant zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste en een 'tech savvy' Financial Controller. In deze afwisselende en verantwoordelijke rol ben jij de sparringpartner voor het management en de business. Je assisteert het buitenland bij budgettering en prijsafspraken, je verzorgt interne en externe rapportages en analyses en helpt en denkt actief mee bij procesverbeteringen. In deze rol rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Finance Manager. Je belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

  • Het verzorgen van interne en externe rapportages (incl. consolidatie) en analyses.
  • Het ondersteunen van afdelingen en werkmaatschappijen en ondersteunen bij het tweejaarlijkse budgetproces.
  • Functioneel beheer van Dynamics 365 Finance &Operations (ERP) en IBM Cognos (BI).
  • Algemene ondersteuning van de finance afdeling. Hierbij kun je denken aan ondersteuning van Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable en periode-eindeprocedures en betrokkenheid bij fiscale onderwerpen (vennootschapsbelasting, verpakkingsbelasting, transfer pricing).

Over jou

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau bij voorkeur aangevuld met een relevante finance of accounting diploma
  • Enkele jaren relevante werkervaring
  • Ruime ervaring met Excel en ERP systemen (ervaring met Dynamics 365 Finance &Operations (ERP) en IBM Cognos (BI) is een pré)
  • Interesse in IT systemen en de wil om je hierin te blijven verdiepen
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel in woord in geschrift
  • Verder ben je analytisch, accuraat en weet je goed prioriteiten te stellen

Het financial shared service center in Almere (6 FTE’s) is verantwoordelijk voor de financiële administratie en controle van onze klant (inclusief fabriek) en zes werkmaatschappijen.
