Onze klant ontwikkelt en belegt in commercieel vastgoed, heeft in korte tijd een indrukwekkend track record opgebouwd en wil de komende jaren flink groeien in Europa. De perspectieven zijn dus zeer veelbelovend.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Financial Controller heb je de volgende taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Het opstellen van periodieke en ad-hoc rapportages, inclusief het uitvoeren van analyses, ten behoeve van aandeelhouders, banken en andere belanghebbenden (zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels);
  • Het opstellen van businessplannen;
  • Het opstellen van liquiditeitsbegrotingen;
  • Het opstellen van de (geconsolideerde) jaarrekeningen en het begeleiden van de accountantscontrole in Nederland en buitenland;
  • Het waarborgen van de naleving van de fiscale vereisten (VPB, BTW, Transfer pricing) in binnen- en buitenland en het onderhouden van contacten met de (buitenlandse) fiscalisten;
  • Het integreren van de nieuwe buitenlandse organisaties in de administratieve organisatie en interne controle (waaronder ook het opleiden en coachen van de buitenlandse teams bij het hanteren van de tools en rapportages);
  • Het verder ontwikkelen van BI-tooling (PowerBI) in de rapportages;
  • Het bijdragen aan de beheersing van de risico’s, de interne controle en het optimaliseren van de administratieve processen;
  • Het uitvoeren van interne controles op de correcte naleving van de vastgestelde procedures
  • Je rapporteert aan de Manager Finance & Control.

Wat wordt gevraagd?

Je beschikt over een afgeronde wo-opleiding richting Finance, Bedrijfseconomie of Accountancy (bij voorkeur RA/RC). Dit vul je aan met zo’n 4-8 jaar werkervaring, waarbij je een stevige basis hebt gelegd door ervaring op te doen bij (bij voorkeur) een accountantskantoor. Ervaring in de vastgoedsector is een pré.

Je hebt een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en de Engelse taal en beschikt over gedegen kennis van Excel en Power BI. Internationale ervaring is een pré, internationale interesse is een must. Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken, hebt een helicopterview en bent goed in staat onafhankelijk procesmatig te denken.

Je bent een proactieve self-starter, die beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, overtuigingskracht en een pragmatische instelling. Tot slot ben je analytisch sterk onderlegd en voel je je aangetrokken tot een ambitieuze organisatie die volop in beweging is en waar je gestimuleerd wordt verdere stappen in je ontwikkeling te maken.
