Financial Controller 32-40 uur per week

Wat ga je doen?

Als financial controller ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van de financiële administratie, bestaande uit 6 personen. Samen met je collegas draag jij zorg voor de gehele financiële administratie van de entiteiten binnen onze klant. Je levert een bijdrage aan de continuïteit en ontwikkeling van onze klant conform de bedrijfsdoelstellingen. Als Financial Controller rapporteer je aan de financieel directeur. Een rol als sparringpartner voor zowel de directie als het operationele personeel maakt deze functie uitdagend. Jij maakt de vertaalslag tussen de wensen van afdelingen, hierbij werk je nauw samen met de ICT afdeling. De functie bevat veel vrijheid en afwisseling, maak hier met jouw eigen initiatief een succes van!

Naast het leidinggeven ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het verzorgen en analyseren van de maandelijkse management rapportages;
  • De financiële processen van een kritische blik voorzien en het actief ontwikkelen van ideeën om onze processen te verbeteren;
  • Het analyseren, beoordelen en controleren van financiële gegevens;
  • De jaarlijkse budgetten en meerjarenprognoses;
  • Het opstellen van de geconsolideerde jaarrekening en de enkelvoudige jaarrekeningen;
  • Een bijdrage leveren aan een efficiënte administratieve organisatie;
  • Het beoordelen van investeringsvoorstellen;
  • Het onderhouden van contact met de huisbankier, leasemaatschappij, fiscalist en de accountant;

Wie ben jij?

  • Jij beschikt over een afgeronde HBO opleiding in een financieel/ bedrijfseconomische richting
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie
  • Je bent cijfermatig, proactief en zelfstandig.
  • Je beschikt over leidinggevende ervaring
  • Je bent gewend om zaken efficiënt en snel op te lossen
  • Je beschikt over een helikopterview en sterk analytisch vermogen
