Profiel

  • Je zorgt voor een financiële administratie die tijdig wordt opgeleverd en juist en onderbouwd is.
  • Je stelt periodieke rapportages op evenals de jaarrekening, balans en V&W inclusief toelichtingen en bijlagen, begeleid de accountant bij de controles en ondersteunt de directie bij het verantwoorden van financiële cijfers, bijvoorbeeld bij de presentatie van de jaarrekening aan het bestuur.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de financiële planning en analyse, stelt begrotingen op, toetst uitgangspunten aan de realiteit, rekent financiële scenario’s door en bewaakt de financiële positie van de organisatie.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de administratie van projecten en stuurt, analyseert, en communiceert met projectmanagement over de financiële zaken rondom de projectadministraties.
  • Je zorgt voor een efficiënte inrichting van de financiële processen en procedures, benoemt verbetermogelijkheden vanuit beleidsbesluiten en werkt budgetten en consequenties uit van keuzes voor de organisatie.
  • Je stelt prioriteiten en lost voorkomende problemen op en zorgt dat de kwaliteit van de financiële dienstverlening in- en extern op hoog niveau is.
  • Je bent het financiële aanspreekpunt voor onze externe stakeholders zoals het ministerie van SZW en de VNG.

Welke eisen stellen we?

  • Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding HBO+ of WO (bedrijfseconomisch/administratieve richting).
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring als administrateur of controller.
  • Je hebt uitgebreide kennis van financieel beheer en plannings- en begrotingstechnieken.
  • Je bent bekend en ervaren met het administratief verwerken en verantwoorden van meerdere inkomende geldstromen.
  • Je hebt uitgebreide ervaring met rapporteren en adviseren over financiële gegevens.
  • Je hebt ervaring met projectadministraties.
  • Kennis van en ervaring met loonadministratie.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend in woord en geschrift.
  • Je bent financieel en analytisch sterk en werkt resultaatgericht.
