De Rabobank is een coöperatieve bank met meer dan 8,5 miljoen klanten. Met grote en kleine initiatieven wil de bank de wereld een beetje beter maken. Zo ondersteunen ze lokale ondernemingen en goede doelen organisaties en leveren ze op deze manier bij aan de welvaart en het welzijn in de omgeving.

Als Financieel Adviseur Wonen ben je voor de klant de belangrijkste partner voor het vertalen van zijn/haar complexe woonvragen in een passend product. Dit kan voor klanten (binnen en buiten de kring) zijn die een nieuwe hypotheek willen of klanten die advies nodig hebben om hun bestaande hypotheek aan te passen. Je werkt adviezen zelfstandig uit, bewaakt tijdslijnen en managed de verwachtingen van de klant. Door de organisatie heen weet je de juiste collega’s te vinden om de klant optimaal te bedienen. Met jouw advies en dienstverlening lever je een hoge klanttevredenheid en ben je succesvol in het behouden van bestaande klanten en het aantrekken van nieuwe klanten. Afhankelijk van ervaring, opleiding en persoonlijke affiniteit ontwikkel je je tot specialist op bepaalde klantvragen (skills). Denk hierbij aan Private Banking klanten, ondernemer in privé of het bedienen van klanten voor advies op hun bestaande hypotheek. De meeste klanten spreek je virtueel; via een videogesprek en telefonisch ben je makkelijk bereikbaar. Maar als de klant erom vraagt spreek je af op locatie. Letterlijk dichtbij dus, ook in het lokale netwerk, waar je waarde toevoegt en leads ophaalt.

Samenstelling team

Het team bestaat uit ca. 25 collega adviseurs, voornamelijk seniors, die de bestaande particulieren klanten bedienen.

Doelen

• Je inventariseert en analyseert de klantbehoefte, signaleert leads, onderneemt de juiste actie voor een passende oplossing en levert daardoor

klantwaarde;

• Je geeft inzicht in de risico's voor de klant en onderneemt acties om deze te reduceren;

• Je vertaalt complexe woonvragen in een passend product/advies voor particuliere klanten (binnen en buiten de kring);

• Je bewaakt tijdslijnen en managed verwachtingen, haalt leads uit eigen netwerk en levert leads aan PB en MKB;

• Je focust op geplande afspraken en het converteren van een afspraak naar een offerte;

• Je ziet verandering en digitalisering als een kans en past nieuwe ontwikkelingen toe in je functie;

• Je handelt zelfstandig conform processen, werkinstructies en bevoegdhedenregeling. Daarnaast draag je continu bij aan de verbetering van de processen.

Vereisten

• Klant- en servicegerichtheid;

• Rabobank ervaring en kennis van de systemen;

• Kennis van het domein Bedienen is een pré;

• Ruime kennis van en ervaring met hypotheken op complex niveau (zie ook vereistenprofiel);

• Basiskennis over vermogen om goed door te kunnen verwijzen;

• Salesgerichtheid.
