The posting

De Financieel Manager (lid van het MT) vervult een belangrijke functie in het uitwerken van de financiële basis van onze plannen, het uitwerken van toekomstige scenario’s en het meedenken in investeringskansen.

Je geeft leiding aan de financiële afdeling (5fte) voor de gehele groep. Tezamen met jouw team ben je verantwoordelijk voor juiste, tijdige en volledige financiële rapportages, waaronder het opstellen van de enkelvoudige en geconsolideerde jaarrekeningen, maand- en productierapportages, jaarbegrotingen, prognoses, financieringsvraagstukken en begeleiden van de audit. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de risicobeheersing binnen de organisatie. Je bent een belangrijke sparringpartner van de directie en draagt zorg voor het verder optimaliseren van bedrijfsprocessen. Je houdt toezicht op de Corporate Governance binnen de organisatie.

Wat vragen wij?

Je bezit minimaal een afgeronde hbo-opleiding richting accountancy/controlling en hebt relevante werkervaring opgedaan in een soortgelijke functie binnen een middelgroot commercieel/zakelijk bedrijf.

Je bent commercieel, communicatief vaardig, sterk analytisch, hebt leidinggevende capaciteiten, bent discreet, flexibel en stressbestendig. Daarnaast ben je in staat om doelgericht te werken. Affiniteit met theater/cultuur/entertainment is een pré.
